As a Civil Litigation Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients in employment law and personal injury matters. In this role, you will coordinate case details from intake through trial and assist attorneys through all phases of litigation. Responsibilities include conducting client and witness interviews, legal research, document preparation and filing, and supporting trial preparation and attendance. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on teamwork.

$45,000 - $60,000 Base Plus Bonus

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and by organizing and managing case files.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information and maintain open lines of communication throughout the legal process.
• Manage and maintain the firm's case management system, ensuring all documents and correspondence are accurately filed and easily accessible.
• Prepare and organize exhibits, evidence, and other materials for court presentations, ensuring all items are ready for use during proceedings.
• Monitor and manage deadlines for court filings, ensuring all submissions are timely and in accordance with court rules and procedures.

• Experience in civil litigation, with a strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology.
• Ability to draft, review, and manage legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of conducting thorough legal research to support case strategies.
• Strong organizational skills to manage case files and ensure all documents are easily accessible.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts, maintaining open lines of communication.
• Proficiency in using case management systems to maintain accurate records and track deadlines.
• Ability to prepare and organize exhibits and evidence for court presentations, ensuring readiness for proceedings.
