Klie Law Offices is a growing West Virginia litigation firm seeking a mid-career employment attorney who can independently manage cases end-to-end. This is not a support role and not a partial-case assignment position. We are looking for an attorney who exercises sound judgment, moves cases forward without prompting, and demonstrates both emotional intelligence and strategic discipline.
Our firm represents plaintiffs in employment, personal injury, and related civil litigation matters. We value trial readiness, persuasive advocacy, and thoughtful client counseling. Attorneys here are trusted with responsibility and expected to lead their cases with confidence and discernment.
This role is ideal for an attorney who:

Compensation
- Base salary starting at $100,000-$120,000, commensurate with experience
- Total compensation potential of $120,000–$200,000
- Upside performance-based earnings
- Bonus structure tied directly to case management and resolution outcomes
