We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Hospitality Assistant to join our team and support daily operations in delivering outstanding guest experiences. In this role, you will assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, respond to inquiries, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests, and ensure that properties are always presented at the highest standard. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities:
- Replacing batteries
- Changing HVAC filters
- Getting restocking supplies
- Meeting and greeting guests as needed
- Checking the work of the cleaning crew and remedying issues as needed
- Reconnecting any smart devices if they are offline (TVs, locks, wifi, etc)
- Changing light bulbs if needed
- Removing trash around the property
- Organizing closets for supplies
- Printing, laminating, etc.
Salary : $15 - $20
