Role Description

The Advanced Quality Inspector ensures that products, materials, and processes meet company quality standards and customer requirements. This advanced role performs complex inspections, verifies critical features, leads quality initiatives, and supports the overall quality system. The Advanced Quality Inspector exercises independent judgment, resolves escalated quality issues, and supports continuous improvement within the department. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Minneapolis, MN.

Compensation: $28-$32 / hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6 AM to 430 PM

Qualifications

5 years of experience in quality inspection or related precision manufacturing field.

Expert-level proficiency in GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision measurement tools.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead quality initiatives and support complex decision-making.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently, remain focused, and maintain high attention to detail.

Experience with visual measurement systems (e.g., automated vision systems, optical comparators, or digital imaging inspection tools). Experience with internal audits and quality system maintenance is a plus.

Ability to accurately perform multiple tasks

Good vision (with or without corrective lenses) for detailed inspections

Reliable attendance, professionalism, and adherence to department expectations
