- Can you set up CNC milling machines quickly and accurately to hit first-article specs?

- Will you move confidently between CNC-controlled, manual, and automatic machines as production needs shift?
- Do you know how to maintain and repair forging dies, trim dies, and fixtures to extend service life?
- Will you keep tools and graphite stocked, labeled, and audit-ready?
- Do you leave your area cleaner than you found it?
- Are you ready to take on other tasks as directed by supervisors?
What it takes
- Proven CNC setup and operation background.
- Blueprint literacy and the ability to execute from sketches and special instructions.
