- Experience in corporate transactions.

- A California paralegal certificate or paralegal certification and a bachelor's degree.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:
- The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $50,000 to $90,000 per year, with the final offer dependent on factors such as experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and location.
