Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly upon arrival and actively listen to their vehicle concerns.
Inspect vehicles with customers, clearly explaining recommended services and providing accurate estimates.
Schedule service appointments and manage the flow of vehicles in the service bay.
Communicate service needs and updates to customers throughout the repair process.
Process repair orders accurately and ensure timely completion of services.
Build strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and encouraging repeat business.
Collaborate effectively with the service technicians and other team members.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and standard office software.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Valid driver's license.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
