The position is for our Philadelphia office. Applicants should have experience representing sellers and buyers, borrowers, lenders and preferred equity investors in connection with sales, acquisitions, construction and permanent financing, and preferred equity investments and debt restructurings. Experience with CMBS loans a plus.

- Strong academic credentials, including a J.D. or equivalent degree from a well-respected U.S. law school.

- Admitted to PA Bar or will take Bar exam promptly after starting.
