Position Overview
This posting is for our Cleaning team. You'll travel to homes in the area, follow detailed cleaning checklists, and leave each space spotless and beautifully presented. This role is a great fit for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and wants steady, flexible hours with a professional team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean homes to a high standard, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize surfaces, and clean appliances inside and out
- Wash, dry, fold, and replace linens and towels
- Make beds and stage rooms so the home looks polished and welcoming
- Restock toiletries, paper goods, and other supplies as directed
- Follow detailed checklists and complete photo documentation through our app
- Report damage, missing items, maintenance issues, or low supplies promptly
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleans within scheduled windows
- Maintain a clean, organized supply kit and vehicle
- Communicate professionally with the operations team
Skills and Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently without close supervision
- Physically able to be on your feet for several hours, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Smartphone with data (required for scheduling, checklists, and photo uploads)
- Comfortable following structured processes and checklists
- Good written communication for team updates
- Cleaning experience preferred but not required — we provide training
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
