Job Summary:
The Recruiting Supervisor monitors recruitment workload and quality of recruitment for Kleenmark, as well as improving quality of recruitment practices. This role is responsible for maintaining an accurate recruitment dashboard and tracking mechanism and managing the recruitment team.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide full life cycle recruiting to fill assigned positions and senior Leadership positions for KleenMark.
- Work with different stakeholders to properly receive new employees within the organization by preparing logistics arrangements, and proper orientation and onboarding.
- Review recruitment packages coming from other recruiters for accuracy, adherence to recruitment SOP, and quality of recruitment process.
- Evaluate candidate experience and implement strategies that sustain acceptable retention metrics.
- Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
- Devise methods to build recruitment capacity for hiring managers and recruiters across the organization.
- Leverage technology for excellent candidate relationship management to discover and sustain cold/warm leads, referrals, and other potential prospects. Use social media as a sourcing and branding tool.
- Ensure that Kleenmark (KM) recruitment practices reflect KM’s diversity, inclusion, and required compliance to certain laws such as EEOC, State, Federal, and background checks approaches.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Oversees quality of work of all recruiters under our Recruiting Manager.
- Addresses minor discipline problems with team members; refers more serious cases to Manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Technical skills – Competent with the use of web-based technologies and social media to support recruiting efforts, so computer and technical skills are frequently essential in this role.
- Networking –This incumbent should be skilled networkers, able to build professional relationships and identify opportunities to connect individuals in their networks with opportunities.
- Communication skills – Written and verbal communication are important in this position, and they must effectively communicate with job candidates and managers within their organizations.
- Time Management skills – Demonstrate organization, prioritization, goal setting, planning, delegation, and stress management skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- Prior experience in recruiting
- Proven recruitment results and metrics
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Travel required: Yes
- Ability to travel in a designated region (i.e. Fox Valley, Madison, and Milwaukee area)
- Travel to building sites
- Travel to job fairs or seminars
- Travel up to 35% day time trips
