We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Weekend Janitorial Day Porter to maintain cleanliness and orderliness across our facilities. Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 7am-3:30pm

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, restrooms, offices, and hallways using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Conduct floor care procedures including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained.
- Restock supplies such as paper products, hand sanitizers, and cleaning materials to ensure availability at all times.
- Maintain safety protocols during cleaning activities to prevent accidents or hazards within the facility.
- Assist with light custodial repairs or maintenance tasks as needed to support overall facility upkeep.
- Ensure all cleaning tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with facilities management to report any issues requiring further attention or repair.
- Uphold a professional appearance and attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
Skills
- Proven experience in janitorial services or custodial work within commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care including buffing and polishing, and general facilities maintenance.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning procedures and residential painting is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good organizational skills for managing supplies and completing tasks efficiently.
