As a Contract House Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing thorough cleaning, organizing, and sanitation services tailored to residential spaces. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization.
• Maintain floor care routines including, polishing hardwoods, and applying appropriate treatments for different surfaces.
• Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards, paying close attention to kitchens and bathrooms.
• Use equipment and cleaning products safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
• Prior experience in residential cleaning is highly preferred.
• Must work independently and work smartly.
• Experience with residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping management is a plus.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and janitorial procedures ensures thorough service delivery.
• Strong customer service skills are essential for building trust and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Paid House Cleaning Experience
• Must speak English
• Own Reliable Transportation, no shared rides or rideshare
• Must have own Cleaning Supplies & Equipment
• Smart Phone
• Must purchase own Business Liability Insurance
• Must agree and sign Independent Contractor Agreement

Pay: $24.23 - $29.18 per hour
