Appliance Installer (Appliances, Garage Door Openers & Blinds) Description: We’re a busy home renovation company hiring multiple Appliance Installers to join our team. Most of your work will be installing residential appliances (ranges, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, washers/dryers), garage door openers, and window blinds/shades. You’ll be working in customers’ homes, so clean, careful installs and professionalism matter. This position is paid per job (piece-rate). The more installations you complete—and the better your quality—the more you can earn. We’re looking for installers who work efficiently, follow install standards, and take pride in doing things the right way. Requirements (Minimum): 1 year of hands-on experience in installation, construction, home renovation, maintenance, moving/delivery with setup, or similar skilled labor Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools (drill/impact, level, stud finder, anchors, etc.) Ability to measure accurately, follow directions, and troubleshoot basic install issues Comfortable lifting/moving 50–75 lbs repeatedly and working on your feet all day Reliable transportation to residential job sites Valid driver’s license required Good communication, punctuality, and respect for customers’ homes Must be able to pass a background check (required) Preferences (Nice to Have): Appliance installation experience Garage door opener installation experience Blind/shade installation experience Basic plumbing/electrical awareness for hookups (shutoffs, venting, GFCIs, etc.) Experience working inside occupied homes and providing customer service
