Position Structure and Responsibilities: This position reports directly to the Branch Administrator.
The Inside Sales Administrator position will perform the following duties: - Responsible for day to day customer service. Customer service includes answering the phone for incoming calls (taking messages and directing calls as necessary), supporting both inside and outside sales associates, and other personnel in direct contact with our customers. Direct entry of sales orders into our point of sale program, SAGE,
Position works in coordination with the Branch Administrator on all associated paperwork, dispatch and work scheduling including deliveries of products and pick-ups Also inclusive of completing BOLs and manifests. Record-keeping and filing are also part of the job duties. Position is responsible for sales order, customer communication, and purchase order record-keeping and filing. This position must support the Sales Manager, our outside sales associates, the delivery drivers.
Health and Safety Team Member: Work with Safety Compliance Coordinator and Branch Administrator to ensure regulatory compliance and effective management of risk and liability for both the company and employees, as requested. Assure compliance with company IIPP and EH&S.
Training in all these areas will be provided.
