As a Refrigeration Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances pertaining to refrigeration, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will contribute to customer satisfaction and help maintain our reputation for quality service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues with appliances and determine the necessary repairs or replacements.
- Perform repairs on various appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and other home appliances.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their appliance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols while working on-site at customer locations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair.
- Proficient in reading schematics related to electrical systems.
- Experience in HVAC systems is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients.
- Ability to work independently in the field while managing time efficiently.
- Field service experience is preferred.
- Understanding of refrigeration systems and their maintenance.
- Knowledge in R600a recovery and charging preferred.

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
