Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Ensure all assigned areas meet company standards for cleanliness and safety
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently and safely
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure continuous availability of cleaning materials
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all tasks are completed accurately
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Maintain a respectful and professional attitude when interacting with clients and team members
Experience
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for new hires
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation is preferred for timely arrival at various job sites
