Position Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and energetic E-Commerce Specialist to join our Marlboro, NJ team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and top-notch customer service for our growing client base in our advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners via phone and email
- Accurately pick, pack, and process e-commerce orders for shipment
- Be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 25 lbs throughout the shift
- Maintain organized inventory and warehouse cleanliness
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners via phone and email
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
Qualifications:
- Previous e-commerce experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
- Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer skills (order entry, email, inventory systems)
