We are seeking a skilled Senior AI Developer, GTM Systems to build and deploy next-generation AI and Agentic solutions across Klaviyo’s GTM Systems. This role will focus on implementing improved seller experience, AI-powered automations, integrating agent frameworks, and ensuring robust, reliable delivery of intelligent workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI-driven solutions and agentic workflows under the guidance of the AI Systems Architect.
- Build integrations between AI platforms (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex) and existing GTM Systems.
- Implement data validation, error handling, monitoring, and logging within agent workflows.
- Collaborate with the Data Specialist to ensure data availability, quality, and alignment with workflow needs.
- Optimize and fine-tune AI models and prompts for task accuracy and performance.
- Support proof-of-concept development and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Document designs, code, and integration patterns; contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as a developer, software engineer, or automation engineer.
- Hands on experience with Google Cloud, AWS and other public cloud
- Hands on experience in optimizing seller experience leveraging AI technologies
- Hands-on experience building integrations, automations, or AI/ML-powered solutions.
- Familiarity with Gen AI technologies, LLMs, and agent frameworks; experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, or AWS is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Apex.
- Strong grasp of API development, REST, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment automation.
- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills; eagerness to learn and experiment with emerging technologies.
Salary : $116,000 - $174,000
