Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily adherence to policies and procedures, emphasizing safety
- Maintain quality standards and achieve job budgets
- Operate and maintain equipment according to company guidelines
- Provide direction, supervision, and training to team members
- Communicate client issues or opportunities to account managers promptly
- Landscaping, lawn care, tree and shrub care, planting flowers, pruning, lawn mowing
- Snow Removal: Safely clear snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and other areas
- Knowledge of company safety policies and procedures
- Familiarity with basic landscape services quality standards
- Understanding of production systems, including route and job site management
- Proficiency in horticulture, including plant and pest identification, weed control, and fertilization
- Leadership skills to inspire and uphold company standards
- Familiarity with social and environmental policies, including vehicle usage, recycling initiatives, and community service events
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in constant standing and walking
- Valid driver’s license, DOT medical certificate, and insurability
- Creative problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset
