Klass Law Firm is seeking a full-time attorney to join its active litigation practice. As an Attorney with our firm, your responsibilities will include drafting various pleadings, motions, reports, and briefs, conducting legal research, conducting written discovery and depositions, preparation for, attendance at, and participation in trials, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations, conducting client and witness interviews, providing competent legal representation to clients, and offering sound advice and guidance.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Bar admission and good standing in either the state of Iowa, Nebraska, or South Dakota
Ability to work in person at either the Sioux City or Sioux Center, Iowa office(s)
Prior experience in personal injury litigation, insurance actions, workers’ compensation claims, family law matters, construction cases, municipal matters, employment law, business law, estate planning and administration, and/or real estate is preferred, but not required.
