Washington, DC Full Time
POSTED ON 3/31/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 5/28/2026

Location: Remote

Engagement: Advisory Leadership (High-Trust Council Role)

Reports to: Chair, Klaritee Federal Safety Council

SUMMARY

The Klaritee Federal Safety Council (KFSC) is assembling a select group of senior leaders to guide the safe, ethical, and mission-aligned deployment of Interpretive Geometric Intelligence (IGI) across domains where clarity, accountability, and operational precision are non-negotiable.

As the Director of Public Safety & Law Enforcement Integrity, you will serve as the Council’s primary authority on policing, statewide command structures, emergency response, and interagency operational cohesion. You will bring the perspective of real-world consequence, the world where ambiguity, delay, and unclear systems cost lives.

This role is ideal for former Chiefs, Commissioners, Majors, statewide deputies, or leaders who have operated at the highest levels of public-safety command. You understand how systems fail under pressure, how information flows (or doesn’t), how risk escalates, and how to evaluate technology in environments where no second chances exist.

You will play a foundational role in shaping IGI’s public-safety deployment structures and ensuring the system serves communities, agencies, and officers with integrity and operational clarity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Public Safety Governance & Expertise

  • Serve as the Council’s subject-matter lead on policing, law-enforcement operations, and public-safety risk management.
  • Evaluate IGI deployment scenarios involving:
  • statewide response systems
  • emergency communications
  • command-and-control workflows
  • crisis coordination
  • interagency interoperability
  • Provide real-world operational insight on what safe deployment requires in the field.

Operational Integrity & Oversight

  • Advise on protocols where safety, timing, and chain-of-command clarity intersect.
  • Identify failure points, ambiguity risks, and operational vulnerabilities in IGI workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Directors of National Security, Defense Operations, State Government Systems, Regulatory Affairs, Cybersecurity, and Civic Ethics to ensure cross-domain operational consistency.
  • Help architect standards for accuracy, escalation readiness, and strategic clarity in high-pressure situations.

Agency Engagement & Public-Safety Alignment

  • Represent public-safety interests in KFSC deliberations, including policy recommendations and deployment guardrails.
  • Engage with national and statewide associations (IACP, NAPO, NOBLE, etc. as appropriate) to gather input and foster alignment.
  • Support conversation channels with Chiefs, Sheriffs, Commissioners, and emergency-management leadership nationwide.

Founder & Chair Collaboration

  • Provide direct insight to the KFSC-Chair and Founder on public-safety realities, risk sensitivities, and operational expectations.
  • Ensure that recommendations reflect both professional judgment and community impact.
  • Help translate IGI’s deterministic clarity into practical standards for real-world use.

IDEAL BACKGROUND

Candidates typically include:

  • Former Assistant Chiefs, Chiefs, Commissioners, Majors, or Deputy Directors of statewide agencies
  • Leaders with command experience in large metropolitan or statewide jurisdictions
  • Individuals who have overseen:
  • crisis negotiations
  • emergency management
  • public-safety modernization
  • interagency coordination
  • statewide communications systems
  • People with deep credibility, integrity, and operational discipline

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

The Director of Public Safety & Law Enforcement Integrity:

  • Ensures IGI deployment aligns with the realities of policing and public-safety environments.
  • Serves as the authoritative voice for public-safety practitioners nationwide.
  • Helps craft the nation’s most trusted standards for deterministic-system safety in policing contexts.
  • Strengthens public trust through transparency, operational rigor, and responsible implementation.
  • Creates clarity where ambiguity is dangerous.

WHY JOIN

This role offers an opportunity to shape how next-generation reasoning systems integrate into the world of public safety, with the chance to define national standards, protect communities, and bring operational integrity to the forefront of technological innovation.
