- Location – Oak Bluffs, MA (Shared housing, No cost)
- Shift Available – Day Shift, Evening Shift and Night Shift Available
- Pay Rate – ($28/hr. - $30/hr.) on W2.
- Job Type – Contract
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices.
- Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner.
- Support medication administration under the supervision of nursing staff, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with specialized care needs including Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, memory care, behavioral health support, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition promptly to nursing staff or physicians.
- Document all patient interactions thoroughly in medical records using systems such as eClinicalWorks or EMR/EHR platforms.
Requirements:
- State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
- 2 years of CNA experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- High School graduate or equivalent.
