Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30a-5:30p
Compensation: Salary Commission
What You Will Do:
Service Advisors play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth shop flow. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Meet with customers to understand concerns and repair/service needs.
- Build customer loyalty by maintaining clear and honest communication.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, ethics, and service.
- Monitor progress of repairs throughout the day and provide frequent updates.
- Increase profitability by maximizing sales opportunities and promoting retail maintenance.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient repair flow, accurate diagnostics, and timely part ordering.
- Participate in and support quality control processes.
- Assist in the development and documentation of service procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2 years previous Service Advisor experience required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles required.
- Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities.
- Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
