Owner of Multi-Family complexes throughout the USA is looking for a maintenance Technician to help support 240 units in the Klamath Falls area.
Duties include:
* Knowledge of plumbing & electrical
* Turnkey/make ready's; move-ins and move-outs. Painting knowledge.
* Walk property daily to ensure well maintained.
* Good people skills for resident relations
* Must be hard working, energetic, and comfortable working in a busy and physical work environment
* Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
* Compensation includes competitive salary, , Paid time off, Holiday pay and bonus incentives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
