Skills Builder Pay Range
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Salary: $23.60 - $29.45

Join our Child & Family Services team as a Skills Builder and help children, youth, and families strengthen the tools they need to manage emotions, improve relationships, achieve success at school, and build healthier futures.
Summary
As a Skills Builder, you will work directly with children and their families in home, school, office, and community settings. You will provide individualized skills training focused on emotional regulation, social skills, anger management, stress management, communication, and other life skills identified in the client's treatment plan.
This role combines coaching, mentoring, advocacy, and care coordination to help children and families overcome barriers and achieve meaningful treatment goals. You'll work closely with clinicians, caregivers, schools, and community partners while supporting youth in developing the skills needed to be successful at home, in school, and in the community.

Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA)
Must meet Oregon State (OAR) requirements and MHACBO standards for QMHA certification.
