Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
- Deliver expert technical support that ensures optimal tool performance in customer fabs
- Implement detailed installation plans
- Develop and implement applications that solve customer problems using existing and pre-release products
- Work with engineering teams to resolve hardware/software issues, scope feature requests to improve current products, and collect requirements for future products
- Coordinate activities with customers and internal teams
- Maintain strategic customer relationships
- Deliver technical presentations and customer training
- Assist sales teams with technical assessments and product specifications
- Travel Required up to 20% to support high-volume manufacturing sites
- MS or Ph.D. in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Optics, Material Science, or related field
- Experience in semiconductor fabrication or equivalent education
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including statistical analysis
- Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to present technical content to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with computer operating systems, networking, and analysis tools
- Optics (microscopy, lasers, SEM)
- Data analysis tools (Excel, JMP, Minitab, Igor, Origin)
- Programming (Matlab, LabVIEW, Python)
- Cleanroom experience
- Semiconductor device characterization
- MS or Ph.D. in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Optics, Material Science, or related field
- Experience in semiconductor fabrication or equivalent education
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including statistical analysis
- Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to present technical content to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with computer operating systems, networking, and analysis tools
