Base Pay Range: $17.26 - $29.33 Per Hour
Primary Location: USA-MA-Westwood-KLA

Key Responsibilities
- Precision Soldering & Assembly Perform fine-pitch soldering and assembly of small mechanical and electronic components using microscopes and magnification tools, ensuring precise alignment and high-quality workmanship.
- Technical Interpretation Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and detailed work instructions to ensure accurate assembly and compliance with specifications.
- Quality Inspection & Control Inspect completed assemblies for defects, dimensional accuracy, and functionality using precision measurement tools and visual inspection techniques.
- Tool & Equipment Operation Utilize specialized hand tools, fixtures, and equipment designed for small-part assembly and high-precision work.
- Cleanroom & Workspace Standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S and cleanroom protocols.
- Continuous Improvement Support lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, improve quality, and reduce waste.
- Proven experience in precision soldering, micro-assembly, or electronics repair
- Exceptional manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling delicate, small components
- Ability to work effectively under a microscope or magnification tools for extended periods
- Experience reading and interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality, defect-free work
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and inspection processes
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks
- High level of visual acuity, including prolonged microscope use
- Steady hands and fine motor control for precision work
