- Review wages computed and correct errors to ensure accuracy of payroll
- Record changes affecting net wages such as exemptions, insurance coverage, and loan payments for each employee to update master payroll records
- Record data concerning transfer of employees between departments
- Work with Payroll Manager to ensure timely transmission of weekly and monthly payrolls
- Review timesheets completed by supervisors and follow-up, if needed
- Add time and attendance vacation, sick and floating holiday for employees
- Process the perfect attendance on a quarterly basis
- Two to three years of related payroll experience
- Good attention to detail
- Strong math skills
