Sales Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Direct the development and governance of pricing frameworks to support margin optimization and market competitiveness in line with Global standards
- Lead cross-functional pricing initiatives with Finance, Product Management, and Sales to align pricing strategy with business objectives
- Establish pricing controls and compliance protocols to ensure consistency and profitability
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance productivity and customer experience
- Oversee CRM strategy and data integrity, ensuring the platform supports pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Guide the development of sales dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to inform strategic planning and execution. Champion a data-driven culture within the sales organization, ensuring analytics are embedded in decision-making processes
- Partner with Commercial and Finance leadership to deliver actionable insights on customer behavior, market trends, and sales performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Sales Operations for a matrixed, global organization
- Strong background in process improvement and project management.
- Experience with digitalization and automation tools
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel as needed within the region and internationally.
