• Work with Production Planner in establishing/updating minimum stock levels to ensure proper quantities of materials are on hand.
• Identify demand (raw materials and packaging) and process orders, ensuring the best possible pricing, terms, and delivery.
• Schedule and organize on-time deliveries of raw materials and packaging.
• Monitor order status and deliveries to ensure they are made in accordance with agreed upon dates and take appropriate action if issue of non-compliance.
• Analysis and optimization of order and inventory quantities according to business management principles and in line with corporate goals.
• Work collaboratively with other Kluber locations and vendors to implement efficiency gains.
• Support strategic purchasing collecting and confirming special packaging requirements from all parties, reviewing quotes and pricing confirmations, confirming artwork set ups and approvals, confirming product availability and set up for shipment to package, and monitoring special packaging projects.

• Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Operations with 5-8 years minimum experience in inventory control and materials management inventory planning functions or analytical/financial analysis in a manufacturing/production environment
• Purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment; negotiating experience a plus
• Solid problem solving, team building, and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Knowledge of computer programs, i.e., SAP, Microsoft Office, Power BI, etc.
• APICS CPIM experience or certification a plus
