What You Will be Doing
As our Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in establishing good working relationships between the different parts of the business and our sister companies. You will ensure that every aspect of our client’s journey aligns to timely deliver a high-quality product. Required skills and abilities include, but are not limited to:
· Provide leadership and guidance to the Operations Team
· Collaborate with Executive Team and Department Managers to develop and implement operational plans
· Update and develop policies and procedures necessary to achieve goals and objectives
· Conduct business forecast and cost-benefit analysis to highlight factors necessary for operational efficiency
· Evaluate and enhance current operational systems
· Develop reporting and auditing processes used to analyze operational effectiveness
· Monitor systems and procedures to ensure proper protocols are followed
· Interview, hire, and train operations employees to ensure an effective and productive workforce
· Conduct 90-day Stay Interviews and Annual Performance Reviews
· Delegate/assign tasks to Staff according to business needs
· Prepare for and lead Staff and Training Meetings
· Actively manage Google, Yelp, and Client Survey reviews
· Resolve client disputes
· Plan and support sales, marketing, and client experience activities
Qualifications
We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager for our Cedar City, UT office. The ideal candidate must have:
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· At least 3 years’ successful experience managing multiple Departments and Team(s) of more than 25 Employees in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
· Demonstrated expertise in mentoring and developing personnel
· Customer service focus and ability to interact with clients daily
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· A desire to learn all aspects of our business and production processes
· Ability to follow through and utilize strong time management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Willingness to work overtime when needed
· At least 2 work references

Education Requirements:
· BS/BA Degree or Associates Degree with equivalent experience is a plus but not required
