OPEN POSITIONS & JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Security Manager
Role: Leads and manages the day-to-day operations of the team.
Key Responsibilities: Ensures smooth service delivery of all outputs, including
Travel Security Advisories (TSA) and Risk Assessments. Provides expert advice on local security issues that may impact the project.
Education: Master’s degree in Security Management or Law Enforcement; or a University degree with additional related work experience/certification.
Experience: At least 10 years in security/risk management with 5 years in a supervisory position.
2. On-Call Security Coordinator
Role: Provides field-level security coordination and rapid response.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitates security escorts and field assessment reports upon formal request. Maintains high performance standards while dealing with diverse people and changing environments.
Education: University degree in a relevant field; professional security certification is an advantage.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in safety and security management or volunteer support.
3. In-House Logistical Support Staff
Role: Manages the administrative and logistical backbone of the security team.
Key Responsibilities: Maintains the Annual Record of Armored Vehicle
Maintenance Expenses. Manages the submission of monthly billing statements and ensures compliance with strict administrative deadlines.
Education: University degree in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in security management or a related field, preferably in a multicultural environment.
4. In-House Security Officer
Role: Conducts technical security analysis and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities: Drafts daily news/flash reports via email and mobile. Performs physical security audits for offices and dormitories and assists in annual security assessments.
Education: University degree in a relevant field.
Experience: At least 5 years in security management; must be proficient in data collection and analytical thinking.
