The Role
We're looking for a creative all-rounder who can take a concept from rough sketch to polished animation. If you think in frames, feel comfortable building storyboards before jumping into After Effects, and love bringing ideas to life through motion, this role is built for you.
You'll work closely with our creative lead on explainer videos, brand narratives, and motion content for clients ranging from startups to established brands.
What You'll Do
- Develop storyboards and visual scripts from creative briefs
- Design and animate explainer videos and motion graphics
- Create character layouts, scene compositions, and visual flows
- Collaborate with the team to refine concepts before production
- Deliver polished, client-ready animations independently
- Iterate based on feedback quickly and efficiently
What We're Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience (freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome)
- Solid understanding of motion principles, timing, and visual storytelling
- Ability to sketch or digitally board a concept before animating
- A clean, detail-oriented design sensibility
- Self-driven, able to manage timelines remotely
