We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that both residential and commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards. As a House Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional cleaning services that enhance the comfort and satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and other items as needed, ensuring all fabrics are cleaned according to care instructions.
• Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
• Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
• Manage custodial duties in various settings, including hotels or offices, ensuring all areas are well-kept.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
• Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or similar roles is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility in scheduling availability to accommodate client needs.
