Required Skills
- 5 years of experience with SAP Fieldglass.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass configuration and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement, and Worker Profile Management.
- Experience with SAP Fieldglass integrations using APIs, SAP ERP/S4 HANA, SuccessFactors, or other third-party systems.
- Knowledge of business processes related to procurement, vendor management, and workforce management.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Good understanding of SAP Fieldglass security, user roles, and permissions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize SAP Fieldglass modules based on business requirements.
- Support implementation, enhancements, and production issues.
- Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
