Job Title: Skilled Home Remodeling Contractor (Must Work Independently)
Location: Martinsburg, WV – Work across Berkeley & Jefferson Counties
Pay: $1,350/week (based on 5 days)

Job Description:
We’re looking for a dependable and experienced home remodeling professional who can work independently and has their own tools and transportation. This is not a helper position. You must be confident in all areas of interior remodeling and exterior deck work. We supply all materials. No roofing. Only light plumbing and electrical.
Work Includes:
- Framing, drywall, and finishing
- Painting (interior/exterior)
- Flooring (vinyl, tile, hardwood, laminate)
- Kitchen & bathroom remodeling
- Installing doors, trim, windows, and baseboards
- Deck construction, repair, and finishing
- Light plumbing (toilets, sinks, faucets)
- Light electrical (fixtures, switches, outlets)
Requirements:
- 3–5 years remodeling experience
- Must be able to work without supervision
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
- Must show up consistently and communicate professionally
- Able to complete work efficiently and to a high standard
