- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store is inviting and well-presented
- Support the team with basic retail math for sales transactions and inventory counts
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting guests remotely
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient checkout processes and overall store operations
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Supervising experience is a plus, especially in guiding new team members or managing customer interactions
