Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and personalized assistance throughout their stay
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and reservation processing using hotel management software
  • Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Assist guests with their needs, including room assignments, concierge services, and local recommendations
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette while managing guest requests and inquiries efficiently
  • Support night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial records and smooth overnight operations
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns quickly and effectively
  • Foster strong guest relations by listening actively, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding expectations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a focus on customer service and guest relations
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk operations
  • Experience with night audit procedures is highly desirable
  • Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and multi-line phone system handling
  • Previous hotel or resort experience preferred; familiarity with guest services is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor
