FedEx Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and responsible FedEx Delivery Driver to join our team. The delivery driver will be responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering packages to residential and business customers in a safe and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a safety first mentality, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle.
• Deliver packages to customers’ homes and businesses on a designated route.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Ensure packages are delivered in good condition and on time.
• Follow company procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and handle package scanning using handheld devices.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Inspect delivery vehicle before and after use and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company policies while driving.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be at least 21 years old (depending on state and company requirements).
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs. (occasionally up to 75 lbs. with assistance).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle unexpected challenges.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in delivery, transportation, or customer service.
• Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns.
• Experience using handheld scanning and GPS devices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $200.00 - $215.00 per day
