Trans American Trucking Service, a heavy haul carrier based in New Jersey, is hiring a Dispatcher for our South Hampton, NH, terminal. The dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating freight from the base location and securing return loads to maintain consistent utilization.

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for daily freight assignments

• Manage freight from the South Hampton terminal and secure backhauls for efficient operations

• Coordinate daily activity for dedicated accounts operating from this facility

• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure schedules are met

• Track shipments, monitor performance, and maintain accurate dispatch records

• Minimum 2 years of truck dispatch experience

• 2 years of truck dispatch experience (flatbed or heavy haul a plus)

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Must work onsite at our South Hampton, NH terminal

• $65,000 annual salary
