We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Packer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately packing customer orders, preparing shipments, and ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders according to packing lists or system instructions
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging
- Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment
- Ensure orders are packed securely to prevent damage during transit
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30–50 lbs for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems
- Familiarity with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime if needed
