Pay Range: $19–$25 per hour

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Host to join our team! As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host plays a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless dining experience. If you’re passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Understand and accommodate guests’ dining needs.
• Manage the waitlist and accurately estimate wait times.
• Maintain and manage the seating chart to ensure an efficient flow.
• Monitor restaurant activity and adjust seating accordingly.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or general questions.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Support team members with side work such as cleaning, stocking, and handling to-go orders.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to maintain smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
