Position Overview:
The Corporate Trainer is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously enhancing end-to-end training programs for Supreme Dumplings’ existing locations and new store openings, with a strong focus on Front of House (FOH) operations and service delivery.
This role works closely with General Managers and District Managers to evaluate FOH performance against company standards, identify areas for improvement, and help implement solutions that drive consistency, operational efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience. The trainer reviews workflows, pinpoints inefficiencies, and develops practical, results-driven action plans to optimize operations.
Reports to Corporate Training Manager
Key Responsibilities:
The Corporate Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity. This role supports organizational goals by ensuring consistent and effective learning experiences across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions (in-person and virtual) for employees
- Assist in developing training materials, manuals, and presentations
- Support onboarding and continuous learning programs
- Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback
- Coordinate with departments to identify training needs
- Maintain training records and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, including training, development, or multi-unit operations support
- Experience supporting new restaurant openings preferred
- Strong knowledge of FOH operations with working knowledge of BOH
- Proven ability to develop and deliver structured training programs
- Excellent communication, coaching, and training skills
- Ability to travel as needed for store openings and ongoing support
- This is a fully on-site role and requires 5 days per week at the assigned company location.
Preferred Experience
- Corporate restaurant or multi-unit brand experience
- Asian or dumpling-focused restaurant concepts (preferred, not required)
- Experience creating SOPs, training manuals, and onboarding systems
