As a Customer Service Quality Assurance/Team Coach , your role will be to focus on providing direction and feed back to the customer service representatives that are on your team. You will evaluate C.S. reps' communication and interaction with customers and ensure the company policies and procedures are followed. Company website: Kizik.com
Primary Responsibilities:
- Learn all the roles and responsibilities of a Customer Service Rep.
- Document and report on each CS Rep on your team every month.
- Help answer CS Rep's questions and resolve any issues/concerns
- Train CS Reps on procedures and policies
- Communicating with other team members to solve any problems
- Following up with CS Reps on action items given and improvements.
- Motivate and encourage the best quality and work performance with your team
- Lead and guide your CS team to have the best Customer Service experience
Requirements:
- High School Graduate
- 1 Years work experience in call center or CSR in office position
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to work well with other departments
- Engage customers professionally and friendly
- 2 years as a quality control/supervisor over customer service reps.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
