About the Role:
Salesforce Administrator and System Analyst, responsible for managing all aspects of Salesforce and Certinia to support data-driven decision-making through reporting and analytics. This role will focus on system administration, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, while also supporting financial and operational reporting needs. The ideal candidate is systems-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration
- Serve as administrator for Salesforce/Certinia (Salesforce CRM Certinia PSA, Revenue Management, and Financial Management modules).
- Maintain overall solution knowledge to support troubleshooting, configuration, customization and implantation of applications and 3rd party integrations.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and change management processes.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve integrations (including ConnectWise inputs and reporting outputs for commissions).Partner with stakeholders to identify, design, implement process improvements, and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
- Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements
Reporting & Analytics
- Support cross-functional teams with data analysis, dashboards, and reporting.
- Create and maintain KPI dashboards and reports to track operational and financial performance.
- Partner with leadership to deliver ad hoc analysis and insights.
- Translate complex system data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Explore opportunities to expand use of tools such as Power BI for advanced reporting.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent field experience
- Salesforce Developer certification or Administrator certification
- Minimum 5 years in experience in development and administration of applications in Salesforce platform-based technologies
- Moderate to advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, scenario modeling, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to balance technical system ownership with reporting/analytics support.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce).
- Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Power BI or similar data visualization tool experience.
- Salesforce Administrator or comparable certification(s).
- Prior exposure to PSA, ERP, or CRM systems (e.g., ConnectWise).
- Collaborative team player with a strong service mentality, curiosity, and flexibility.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to translate complex system and technical concepts in clear business terms.
