About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape intuitive, high-impact product experiences for our customers. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to design solutions that are both elegant and effective. You’ll own projects end-to-end—from discovery and research to interaction design and polished UI—while raising the bar for product quality across the team.
What You’ll Do
-Lead end-to-end product design across key initiatives, from concept to launch.
-Translate complex product problems into simple, intuitive user experiences.
-Partner closely with product managers and engineers to define product strategy and roadmap priorities.
-Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
-Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
-Improve and evolve our design system and design standards.
-Advocate for the customer experience and ensure usability and accessibility best practices.
-Contribute to a culture of design excellence, mentoring others and raising the bar for quality.
What We’re Looking For
-5 years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or technology companies.
-Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and shipped products.
-Expertise in interaction design, UX, and visual design.
-Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (or similar).
-Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers in agile environments.
-Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
-Strong communication and storytelling skills to explain design decisions.
Nice to Have
-Experience designing B2B SaaS or sales tools
-Familiarity with design systems and scalable UI frameworks
-Experience with data-informed design and experimentation
