About Kiwi Senior Health
Kiwi Senior Health builds enterprise-grade vitals and fall alert systems that integrate with industry EHR platforms. We design technology for senior care facilities across every level of care, pairing continuous health monitoring with the practical realities of how care teams actually work.
We recently launched Kiwi One, a wearable built entirely for seniors, validated across 1,000 older adults and designed alongside the nurses who use it. We're now scaling into senior care facilities and CCRCs, and we're looking for a CEO to lead that next chapter.
The Role
The CEO will lead company strategy, set organizational goals, and drive execution across product, operations, and go-to-market. This is a hands-on leadership role at a pivotal growth stage.
Responsibilities include:
Setting overall company strategy and long-term vision, and aligning teams around clear priorities. Overseeing financial performance, business planning, and P&L. Leading go-to-market execution and revenue growth across senior care facilities and CCRCs. Building relationships with investors, partners, and key customers. Representing Kiwi at industry events and in external engagements. Building and mentoring a high-performing leadership team while maintaining a strong, inclusive culture.
What We're Looking For
Prior executive leadership experience, ideally as a CEO or senior C-level leader at a technology or software company. A strong background in strategic planning, with a track record of setting long-term vision and executing against it. Demonstrated experience in finance and business planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership. Proven operations leadership, with a history of optimizing processes and organizational structure. Commercial or sales leadership experience, including revenue growth and customer relationship management. Experience in health technology, medical devices, or senior care is a strong plus.
