What you’ll be doing:

• Building Relationships. Promote and develop relationships with new and existing parents and children, conduct tours and answer questions regarding the care at the center. Check children in/out of the center, answer phones and create reservations.

• Curriculum Preparation. Organize and provide the appropriate supplies for each week’s classroom curriculum, Clubhouse Connects.

• Classroom Reviews. Daily review of the classrooms to confirm that the staff at Kiwi’s Clubhouse are operating in accordance with company policies and procedures and complying with state licensing standards.

• Billing/Accounts Receivables. Ensure appropriate weekly billing occurs, tuition payments are received and negative balances are collected.

• Manage Membership Files. Review members’ files to confirm all the necessary paperwork is included and up-to-date. Inform parents when information is missing and/or when child is transitioning to the next age group. Run appropriate reports to utilize for communication with the families and information needed for center.

• Supplies and Maintenance. Order, organize and distribute supplies for the center staying within budget, including marketing materials. Maintain overall center in appearance and working order, including the supervision of cleaning of the center, making sure that the classrooms are neat and organized and tour- ready at all times.

• The ability to multi-task with a great attitude.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Classroom experience with children in a variety of developmental stages

• A willingness to help when it counts and where it counts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
