About Us:
Kiwi Recovery LLC is a behavioral healthcare organization providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programming for teens (ages and transitional-aged youth Our mission is to deliver high-quality mental health and recovery-focused treatment tailored to our clients' needs.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $40-$50 per hour / per diem position
Schedule:
- Work Hours: flexible hours depending on programmatic needs. Day time hours Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate evidenced based therapeutic groups, employing innovative and creative techniques to engage clients.
- Provide comprehensive treatment for individuals with dual diagnoses, addressing both mental health and substance use disorders.
- Ensure all documentation is completed in compliance with the organization's licensure and accreditation requirements.
- Manage crises collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of the client and program are prioritized and addressed.
- Foster strong interpersonal relationships with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate effective communication, time management and organizational skills to maintain high standards of service and accountability.
