Work Location: Corner of Rte 12 and, Rte 7, Fort Defiance, AZ 86504, United States
Shift: 12-hour shift, flexible to work either Day/Night shifts, weekends and holidays, as needed
Qualification:
- Active state license required
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- American Heart Association BLS, ACLS (is preferred)
- Active Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), or Crisis Prevention (CPI), or MANDT, or TEAM required
Certifications required : BLS
