Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Manage the front desk operations during the night shift, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using multi-line phone systems
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks, and managing access control procedures
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts
- Support guest relations by addressing special requests or concerns with professionalism and hospitality expertise
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse guests
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
